Boxing Day (also known, though rarely, as St. Stephen's Day) is a holiday celebrated on 26 December. Luna Lovegood believes that Pygmy Puffs are known to sing on Boxing Day.^[1]

On Boxing Day in 1994, Harry Potter found in his dormitory an arm that looked as though it had been broken off a small model figure of Viktor Krum, apparently a result of Ronald Weasley's anger at his attending the Yule Ball with Hermione Granger the previous night.^[2]
