Boones Island is an island, supposedly near Ouagadougou, the furthest most point of Siberia.
Boones Island is seen at the bottom of Gilderoy Lockhart's certificate from The Order of Air Voyagers for Intrepid Wizards. Given the various errors on this document, such as the fact that Ouagadougou is actually in Burkina Faso, it is possible this island does not exist, or at least may be located in a different location.[1]
