Bolandi's Exquisite Crystallized Pineapple was a brand of crystallised pineapple manufactured by Bolandi since 1872. This was the brand of pineapple that Tom Riddle got Horace Slughorn to sway the professor to give him information on creating Horcruxes.[1]
