The Blood-Replenishing Potion is a potion that tops up the blood levels of the drinker after blood loss from injury or otherwise.
During his stay at St Mungo's, Arthur Weasley was required to drink the potion every hour after he was bitten by Nagini while guarding the Hall of Prophecy, until an antidote for the venom was found.
