Blocked Barrier^[1] was a spell that could be used to seal magical barriers and portals of the like used by witches and wizards to limit access to magical locations.

In September of 1992, the house elf Dobby used this charm to block the barrier to Platform Nine and Three Quarters, therefore preventing Harry Potter and Ronald Weasley from using it, as part of his plot to try to save Harry from the opening of the Chamber of Secrets.
