Black pudding is a type of sausage made by cooking animal blood with a filler like meat, bread, or potato until it is thick enough to squeeze into a casing.[1] It is typically served as part of a traditional full breakfast in Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the Canadian provinces of Nova Scotia and Newfoundland.[1] Ron Weasley helped himself to some black pudding after passing on bouillabaisse at the feast that preceded the announcement of the Triwizard Champions in 1994.
