Bethnal Green, which is located near the London's East End, is one of the many Muggle areas where Willy Widdershins pranked Muggles using exploding toilets. Arthur Weasley went to investigate one such incident here after bringing Harry Potter back to 12 Grimmauld Place following his hearing at the Ministry of Magic.
