Bertrand de Pensées-Profondes was a noted wizarding philosopher. He was the author of A Study into the Possibility of Reversing the Actual and Metaphysical Effects of Natural Death, with Particular Regard to the Reintegration of Essence and Matter.[1]

Etymology

Bertrand is a French form of Bertram, which derives from the Germanic elements beraht, "bright," and hramn, "raven." Bertrand Russell was an influential British philosopher. Pensées-Profondes is French for "deep thoughts."
