Bertie William Gilbert (born 1 May 1997) is a British/South African actor who portrayed Scorpius Malfoy in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.^[4] He is currently an active filmmaker and has recently completed his first short film 'Stray Dog'.

Trivia

He is an active filmmaker on Vimeo and YouTube. He has created one major fifteen minute short film called 'Stray Dog' in which he wrote, directed and starred in. He has also created a number of shorter films such as 'Diner'. He is currently writing his next short film and hopes to one day branch out into directing feature films.
In 2007 (age 10), Gilbert appeared on The Friday Night Project where he faced off against David Tennant answering questions about Doctor Who.
He has done a great deal of networking and has become friends with various filmmakers and YouTube personalities such as Jack Harries, Tom Ridgewell, Benjamin Cook and Charlie Mcdonnell.
