An aunt of Bertha Jorkins lived in Albania. Bertha planned to visit her on an Albanian vacation in 1994, right after she saw a second cousin, who resided to the north. However, on the way to her aunt's, Bertha stopped at an inn. She ran into Peter Pettigrew there, and, after being convinced to take a walk with him, she was kidnapped and taken to Lord Voldemort, who eventually murdered her.
