A Bedazzling hex is a hex that is similar to a Disillusionment Charm. It makes the person or object it is cast on appear invisible. However it only makes the subject exactly the same appearance as what is behind them.
They are sometimes put on Invisibility Cloaks to make them invisible for a while.
