Baltimore is a city located on the Atlantic coast of the U.S. state of Maryland.[1]
History
The city served as the third location of the headquarters of the Magical Congress of the United States of America.[2] They moved there from Williamsburg, Virginia, as Baltimore was where President Able Fleming lived.[2] With the outbreak of the Revolutionary War in 1775, the headquarters moved to Washington, D. C..[2]
It was reported in the 28 November 1926 issue of The New York Ghost that a bride from Baltimore had confessed to casting a permanent Sticking Charm (presumably on her husband-to-be).[3]
