The Avifors spellbook is a book that contained information on the spell Avifors. It also contained the instructions on how to perform the spell. Professor Minerva McGonagall owned a copy of the spellbook and placed it inside an underground obstacle course where she tasked her students to retrieve the spellbook. Harry Potter took up the challenge and found the book.[1]
