Ascendio is a charm used to lift the caster high into the air.

On June 4, 1992, Quirinus Quirrell may have used a non-verbal, wandless version of this spell when he flew across the Mirror of Erised Chamber to Harry Potter, holding him down to the floor.
On February 24, 1995, during the Second Task of the Triwizard Tournament, Harry Potter used this charm to escape the grasp of the Grindylow and escape the Hogwarts Lake's waters.
