"The owl stuck out its leg, to which a small roll of parchment was tied, shook its feathers, and took off the moment Harry had pulled off the letter."
Harry Potter while receiving the letter.[src]

This letter was written by Arthur Weasley to Harry Potter on 2 August 1995, after the two learned Harry Potter had been attacked by Dementors, and of Mafalda's first letter, and Mafalda's second letter, respectively.[2]

Arthur Weasley
