Argyllshire was a county of Scotland until 1975, when Scottish counties were abolished. There was a Map of Argyllshire hanging on the second-floor of Hogwarts Castle. In 1993, the Fat Lady hid in this picture after having been attacked by Sirius Black, who was trying to gain access to the Gryffindor common room without the password.^[1]
