Argentina, officially the Argentine Republic, is the second largest country in South America. Its capital city is Buenos Aires.

Magical community

Not much is known about the Argentinian wizarding community, although the 2014 Quidditch World Cup was based in the Patagonian Desert, receiving a large amount of people from the international wizarding community.

Magical government

The Argentinian Council of Magic is the main governing body of the magical community of Argentina. Its President in 2014 was the witch Valentina Vázquez.[2]
