"Are you a wizard, or what?"

This inn was the place, where Antioch Peverell, one of the three brothers, lodged beetween 1214 and 1291. It is situated somewhere in England, most likely in the town, where lived Peverell's enemy.
History
After Antioch's receiving of the Elder Wand, he went to this tavern to drink some wine and boast loudly of the powerful wand that snatched from "the Death himself". After returing to his booked room, he was completely drunk (exactly "wine-sodden"), and that's why he forgot to lock up the door, leaving himself and his Death's gift unprotected. Another wizard, who had heard Peverell's boasting, seized the opportunity and crept upon Antioch, stealing his wand and sliting his throat.
