Annihilare is the incantation of a door-opening spell. The topmost cell of the Dark Tower was charmed to resist this spell.[1]

Etymology
Annihilare may come from the Latin annihilō, meaning "I bring to nothing", or, less literally, "I destroy". This may mean this spell was meant to destroy the door rather than merely open it.
Behind the scenes
- This spell is mentioned only in the script of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
