An animal ghost, also known as an animal spirit, is the ghost of a dead creature.[1] It is unknown if, like with humans, a creature must have magical powers to come back as a spirit.[2] Mopsy Fleabert wrote a book on British animal ghosts: Animal Ghosts of Britain.[3]

Behind the scenes
