Andrew Owly was a wizard and a Gryffindor student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the 1990s.[3]
His name appeared on a list of students with overdue library books that was posted on the noticeboard in the Gryffindor common room by Madam Pince sometime in the 1990s.[3]
