(I'm guessing the relation with Carl Hopkins and Brian Cinderford was assumed because Andrew Cleveley uses the same character model.)

"Hi there, how's your card collection going? Mine is nearly done, I'm off to find the last couple now. That Draco Malfoy is really getting on my nerves. Do you collect Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans? I heard that you can spend them at Fred and George Weasley's shop. My money is on the Chudley Cannons, coming bottom of the league again this year. There's more to life than Quidditch you know."
— Andrew Cleveley[src]

Andrew Cleveley was an unnoticed wizard that appeared on the Marauder's Map around the Grand Staircase on the last day of term in 1993. He had an Irish/Scottish accent when he spoke. He felt uncomfortable around Draco Malfoy. He often spoke of his card collection and mentioned that he was nearly done with it. Also, he asked Harry Potter about his card collection. His minor hobby was collecting Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans. His favourite Quidditch team was the Chudley Cannons. He bet some money on them but unfortunately, they came on the bottom of the league that year. He also hated flobberworms. Lastly, he also felt that he should explore Hogwarts someday.

Etymology

The name "Andrew" comes from the Greek name Ανδρεας (Andreas), which was derived from ανηρ (aner) "man" (genitive ανδρος (andros) "of a man"). This name has been common (in various spellings) throughout the Christian world, and it became very popular in the Middle Ages. Saint Andrew is regarded as the patron of Scotland, Russia, Greece and Romania. The name has been borne by three kings of Hungary, American president Andrew Jackson (1767-1845), and, more recently, English composer Andrew Lloyd Webber (1948-).
