Mrs. Bones was the mother of Amelia Bones and Edgar Bones. She was killed, along with her husband, by Lord Voldemort sometime during the First Wizarding War.[1]
Mrs. Bones had another child who is unknown, as her granddaughter, Susan Bones, was the niece of both her daughter Amelia and her son Edgar.
