Twins Amber Evans and Ruby Evans are the actresses who played Flora and Hestia Carrow in the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. They were shown in the credits as Twin Girl #1 and Twin Girl #2. They have been previously cast as Gemini 1 and Gemini 2 in the 2007 video, Signs of Life.
