Twins Amber Evans and Ruby Evans are the actresses who played Flora and Hestia Carrow in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1, and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2. They were shown in the credits as Twin Girl #1 and Twin Girl #2.
