Changes: Administrative Registration Department

The Administrative Registration Department is a department of the Ministry of Magic. It is probably a sub-division of another department, such as the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, and is responsible for the registration of the wizarding population. After the Fall of the Ministry of Magic, the Muggle-Born Registration Commission was created under this department.^[1]
