Achievements in Charming was a book about Charms. It could be read to revise for Ordinary Wizarding Levels.
History
Hermione Granger used the book for this purpose, furiously rereading the book in order to make sure she had the material down before the exam. The day before the Theory of Charms O.W.L., she asked Harry Potter to quiz her; he did so, but soon regretted his decision when he found that Hermione frantically retrieved the book after every quiz question in order to check that her answer was completely correct. She eventually hit him on the nose with the book's sharp edge.[1]
