Acesulphame (strictly speaking, acesulfame potassium) is an artificial sweetener, 200 times sweeter than table sugar. It does, however, leave a slightly bitter aftertaste, especially at high concentrations.

Acesulphame, together with aspartame, is an ingredient of Lima Lush, a Muggle brand of citrus-flavoured fizzy drink.^[1]
