Abbott is the surname of a wizarding family. They were a pure-blood family up until at least the 1930s^[1], but recent generations of Abbotts must have married Muggles and/or Muggle-borns, as Hannah Abbott is a half-blood witch.^[2] The family's traditional residence was in Godric's Hollow.^[3] They are related to the Longbottom family.^[4]
