A Collection of Above Three Hundred Receipts in Cookery, Physick, and Surgery was an anthology of medieval recipes and home remedies, and their preparation, released in 1734.[1]
It was fourth year required reading at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger studied it in the Great Hall in 1994, under Professor Severus Snape's supervision.
