- 1994: Professor Remus Lupin teaches Harry Potter about the Dementor's Kiss, and Harry's Firebolt is returned to him after being tested by Minerva McGonagall and Filius Flitwick. Harry and Ron make up with Hermione Granger. That evening, Scabbers disappears from Gryffindor Tower with only some ginger cat hairs left behind. Ron is now angry with Hermione because she does not take Scabbers' disappearance seriously.[1]
