- 1998: The Battle of Hogwarts takes place, resulting in the final defeat of Lord Voldemort and the end of the Second Wizarding War. Deaths include Vincent Crabbe, Fred Weasley, Remus Lupin, Nymphadora Tonks, Lavender Brown,[1] Colin Creevey, Severus Snape, Nagini, Bellatrix Lestrange, Lord Voldemort, several Death Eaters, and fifty others.
