1997: Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour marry at the Burrow. The Ministry of Magic is taken over by Death Eaters. Minister for Magic Rufus Scrimgeour is killed and Imperius Cursed Pius Thicknesse is installed in his place as a puppet of Lord Voldemort. Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, and Ron Weasley are attacked on Tottenham Court Road by Antonin Dolohov and Thorfinn Rowle, but manage to escape to 12 Grimmauld Place. A football match takes place between City football club and another team.
