Later, Harry and the Weasley family go to Flourish and Blotts to attend Gilderoy Lockhart's book signing. Harry meets Lucius Malfoy for the first time. Lucius Malfoy sub-repticiously puts Tom Riddle's Diary in Ginny Weasley's cauldron. A fight breaks loose at the bookshop; Arthur Weasley and Lucius Malfoy start duelling and Malfoy ends up slammed against a bookshelf.
