- 1830:[1] Records at the Ministry of Magic Headquarters detail a a large-scale operation involving one hundred and sixty-seven Memory Charms, as well as the biggest Concealment Charm ever performed in Britain. The morning after, the residents of Hogsmeade awake to find a railway station and a gleaming scarlet steam engine and carriages that had not been there the night before — and the Muggle railway employees in Crewe wake up with the feeling they misplaced something.
- 1834: The sixty-second Wizarding Schools Potions Championship is held.[2]
- 1835: Radolphus Lestrange is elected Minister for Magic.[3]
- 1836: Xavier Rastrick vanishes.[4]
- 1837: London Pumpkins & Sons begins producing pumpkin juice.[5]
